Busy Week
Homework...Paper...Test...priceless.

This week is going to be pretty fun...that was all sarcasm. I have homework due tomorrow, a paper on a book I have yet to read due Monday, and a test in a class I really need to do good in on Tuesday. ahhhhhh! The only bright spot to my life is that fall break is the following week, and my gyrl Sherin might be coming out here to see me. That will really make me feel a whole lot better...I miss her. Anyway, I have class at 10am, so let me get going over there before I'm late. Lataz...

Thiz city iz off da chain!!!

It was so live thiz weekend ya'll!!! There was somethin' goin on wherever you turned..I had alot of fun this weekend. Thingz started off real slow at first..I couldn't find anyone to wash my hair..I didn't know if I was going to MD or not...(I didn't...long story...oh well)...anyway, things cleared up real nicely. My friend Remy (I met Remy at NV at the Kappa Party) said that she would wash my hair for me under the following conditions:

1. Tell her why I thought she was weird.
2. Cook her dinner one night
3. Drink with her one night

I didn't have a problem with any of these, so I agreed to her terms and she promised to wash my hair the following day. So, Friday night Remy washed my hair...I was under the impression that my friend Jihan (she was in the MITE Program) was going to wash it that night right after Remy washed it...but when I called her, she was asleep and said that she couldn't do it until the next day...I was pissed...but I let it slide...Remy did a really good job washing it and I really appreciated what she did..I mean...she just met me like a week ago...don't you think that was nice of her? She's real cool...she smokes idiot sticks...but itz all good...can't win em all...

I went to work the next day at 9am (I was supposed to be there at 8, but I overslept...thanx to someone not waking me up...) with my hair all out...scarin' the little children...and when I got home, Laurence called me and asked me if I wanted to go to the Morris Brown v. Howard game...I told him about my hair dilemma and he told me not to wait on Jihan (she told me that she would call me at 10:30pm Sat nite and she would do it) because I'd be at home wasting my whole Saturday waiting on her...so I called my friend Rayna at Agnes Scott and she told me to come by at 4:30p.m. and she would hook me up. I love Rayna!! She hooked me up wit these nice ass Ivo braids..I really like em! Itz rare that I like my braids as soon as I get them and I loved these...even tho' I've had them before...

Aiight...so after I left Agnes Scott, I went to Lenox and picked up Lakia..i finally got to see her!!! I was so happy. I hadn't seen her punk self since she left to go to school. She was lookin' all cute with her little braids...anyway, she took me to Lids and bought me thiz TIGHT ASS Philly hat to go with thiz 76erz outfit I got...it was her birthday gift to me...she's so sweet to me...and I'm so mean to her...I'ma really work on my attitude to alot of my friends..I'm a mean person in the way I talk to people sometimez and I see it more now that i've started looking at it...it takes a couple people tellin' you about yourself before oyu actually start to listen.

Anyway, after we left the mall, she came back to my apaprtment and we watched a little TV and then I got dressed to go out. I dropped her back at her sister'z place and then went to CAU to pick up Tacara'z 03' Eclipse for cruisin'..itz just not the same cruisin' in the Accord as it is in the Eclipse..sorry! I went over to Waffle House to meet up wit Laurence, Donnell, Toya, Nikki, and some otha GT chyk...we left from there and went to the block party at MoB. It was hella thick...but Block Partiez just aint my thing..never enough room to do shyt but look at everybody..so after we looked at everyone, we left and went to the thickest I've ever seen ATL....BUCKHEAD!!! Buckhead was soooooooooooooooo thick shawty! (I don't say shawty...but to explain the thickness of this mutha'****ka..I gotz ta' get alley!) There were people eva'ba'where! See...the FAMU/Tennessee State game was earlier that day..plus people were here for the Howard/MoB game, so we had people from Florida, Tennessee and D.C. that aren't normally here on a regualr weekend and it was LOVELY!!! I had a field day! i was just cruisin and talkin' to people just to talk...it was fun. I didn't get numberz...because I didn't see my wife out there..but I wanted to go out and have fun..and I did. Itz not alwayz about pullin' numberz..I got enuff friends...i'm lookin for someone to make me happy on a daily basis now..not weekly...nah mean?

Today..I just chilled...I slept til the p.m. hours..talked on the phone a little...went by the AU to see a few friends at Spelman and Clark...and now I'm about to go to bed and get back to the grind of schoolwork tomorrow. I'm sorry I didn't write after the 24th...but my laptop is still in the shop and I've been hella busy doin' wrong! Anyway, I think I made up for it 3-fold..you gotz madd sh*t to read..so..hush ya fuss and holla back at me...lata
